About the atlas
Welcome to The Atlas of Human Germline Transposable Elements
version 0.1
This visualizer was created based on published bulk RNA-seq datasets and single cell RNA-seq datasets (10x Genomics) with the purpose of enabling a broad audience to explore transposable element (TE) and gene expression profiles from undifferentiated human embryonic stem cells (hESCs), differentiated cells and human Primordial Germ Cell Like Cells (hPGCLCs). At this portal, visitors can freely use the provided datasets to interactively explore how in vitro male and female human germline cells called hPGCLCs undergo transcriptional changes at TE’s and genes during differentiation.

Looking good Dianna! I like the image grid on the left, but it feels like a lot to process and doesn't really show me what the product does? I think using a short looping video or something similar demo'ing the product might be better?
