Overview
Introduction
Introduction to the two datasets in this database
Bulk RNA-seq Dataset
For exploration of gene and transposable element (TE) expression pattern in hPGCLC differentiation at bulk level, we use RNA-seq dataset from previous publications GSE93126 (Chen et al., 2018) for data visualization. hESC, iMeLC and induced hPGCLC Aggregates of UCLA1 cell line and UCLA2 cell line are used.
Single Cell RNA-seq Dataset
For exploration of gene and transposable element (TE) expression pattern in hPGCLC differentiation at single cell level, we use scRNA-seq dataset from previous publications GSE140021 (Chen et al., 2019) for data visualization. hESC, iMeLC and induced hPGCLC Aggregates (Day 1-4) of UCLA1 cell line and UCLA2 cell line are used. UCLA1 and UCLA2 hESCs were differentiated in duplicate according to the methods of Chen, et al (2019). Human primordial germ cells are specified from lineage primed progenitors. Cell Reports 29: 4568-4582.e5. Displayed are the 10X genomics data acquired from unsorted single cells at each day (d) of differentiation from each replicate (r). The induction of hPGCLCs occurs 24-48 hours after BMP4 exposure.

Looking good Dianna! I like the image grid on the left, but it feels like a lot to process and doesn't really show me what the product does? I think using a short looping video or something similar demo'ing the product might be better?
