This website was created for the visualization of transposable element (TE) and gene expression profiles in a naïve human embryonic stem cell (hESC) single cell RNA-seq dataset (10x Genomics) from our published dataset (GSE169678) At this portal, visitors can freely use the provided dataset to interactively explore both the expression level and heterogeneity of TEs and genes in naïve hESC line H1 at single cell level.
