For exploration of transposable element (TE) and gene expression profiles in naïve hESC at single cell level, we use scRNA-seq dataset from our published dataset GSE169678 (Ai et al., 2022) for data visualization. Naïve hESC line H1 adapted from primed H1 lines using the feeder-independent naive embryonic (FINE) stem cells culture system were used (Szczerbinska et al., 2019;Yang et al., 2020). Adapted H1 cells were grown in the FINE medium in hypoxia conditions (5% O2, 5% CO2). Single cell RNA-seq libraries were prepared using Chromium Single Cell 3’GEM library and Gel Bead Kit V3(10XGenomics, P/N 1000075). All the libraries were sequenced on the Illumina Novaseq platform by Novogene.
